I booked the hotel for two days checkin was planned for 6th and checkout was planned for 8th. I checked in to the hotel dated on 7th April 2022 at 7:15 AM because It was an early checkin and i was 100% sure that hotel will not allow me for check in before 12:00 PM thats why I made booking for 6th April as well. When hotel staff provided me the room as soon as I have entered in the room there was a cigarette smell but I ignored as I need to reach to the office but as soon as I sat on the sofa, I Saw something lying on the side as soon as removed the sofa from its placed position I have observed that there is a cigarette lying along with bear bottle caps when I called the reception then they are blaming each other to the housekeeping person. Rooms were not clean, bedsheet were not clean at all. Dirt all around the room. Electric kettle was not provided. Towels were not provided. Toiletries were not provided. Washbasin and western toilet seat were not clean. See the images which I have attached.

Such a very nice hotel and staff was very corporative location was good food was also tasty and very comfortable stay easy to reach hotel location near by railway station pocket friendly hotel no hygiene issue all over is too good .

Hotel shyam Paradise by Tricolour colour Hospitality, it's nice hotel, Location is so good, food ,service, cleaning and hotel staff behaviour is also so good, I 100% recommend this hotel.......thanks to all staff

During my business trip to jaipur I stayed in shyam paradise and it was lovely stay.Everything was taken care well.Nice staff.Hotel ambience is good.Rooms are nice and even the food.Check-in to checkout everything was smooth.Overall it was a pleasant stay and pleasant experience.
